WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE BORN-AGAIN?


The words ‘born-again’ have been bandied around all over the world and taken completely out of the context in which it was originally meant. The original phrase had spiritual significance. It does not mean ‘turning over a new leaf’, losing weight, moving house or accepting different employment. It is to live a whole new way of life, changing our attitude to God, to other people and to life.

We hope the reader can understand the differences written here and can understand, ungodly people think and behave differently for two reasons.  One reason is they do not know God and therefore walk in their own form of self-righteousness. They are spiritually lost and need salvation.  They are spiritually deaf so they cannot listen to God’s Word.  The other reason they oppose Godly people is they are walking in the footsteps of their father, the devil.  Jesus said, “Why do you not understand My speech?
