 GOD'S OPINION OF VIOLENCE TOWARDS WOMEN ‘You cover the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping and with sighing because He does not accept your offering any more, nor will He receive it with good will at your hand.  You ask, “Why?”  God has been witness between you and the wife of your youth against whom you have dealt treacherously though she is your companion and the wife of your marriage covenant.  He made you two one flesh.  Why one flesh?  Because He wanted Godly children from you.  Take heed to your spirit and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.  “I hate divorce,” says God, “And I hate the husband who covers his wife with violence!  TRUE SAINTS ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE The saints, God’s holy people were not Catholics because the Catholic Church had not started.  They were all righteous Jewish people.  The word saint means ‘consecratedone’ or‘sanctified one’.  A consecrated or sanctified person is someone who walks with God and lives according to His will, His statutes, His principles and His directions for life given in the Bible.  The word ‘saint’ was adoptedby the Catholic Church to mean a few deceased people from the church considered worthy to be canonised.  God does not consider dead Catholics to be saints, He considers every person who genuinely believes in Him and obeys His commands to be His saints.
