FAITH HAS SEVERAL DEFINITIONS Faith is mentioned in the Bible over two hundred times but not all faith is the same.  There are several definitions, expressions or variations of faith.  For example, we can have faith in God, we can worship God and express our love for Him, but like the disciples we can still lack faith to believe in His miracles.  On four different occasions, Jesus rebuked His disciples for their lack of faith.  “Oh, you of little faith” (Matthew 6:30; 8:26; 14:31; 16:8).  Read more at: www.bibleabookoftruth.com

NAME OF GOD IS HOLY The name of the Lord is awesome, holy, full of glory, trustworthy, worthy of thanks, worthy of praise, worthy of blessing and is the highest name in all eternity.  The Lord guards His holy name jealously.  ‘I will be jealous for My holy name’ (Ezekiel 39:25).  We know the Lord is perfectly holy above all the things He has created but His name is holy too.  His name represents Who He is in a similar way our reputation represents who we are. If someone were to slander our good reputation, we would attempt to put right what an unthinking person has done wrong.  We would defend ourselves and clear our name.  That is what the Lord does.  He holds His name and reputation in high regard. ‘I had regard for My holy name’ (Ezekiel 36:21). ‘I will sanctify My great name’ (Ezekiel 36:23). SALT OF THE COVENANT ‘Every grain offering you will season with salt.  You will not allow the Salt of the Covenant of your God to be lacking from your grain offering.  You will offer salt with all your offerings’ (Leviticus 2:13). ‘All the offerings of the holy things the children of Israel give to the Lord, I give to you and your children with you forever, a Covenant of Salt before the Lord for you and your children with you’ (Numbers 18:19).  Read more at: www.bibleabookoftruth.com

CLIMATE CHANGE IN THE LAST DAYS The global warming/climate change media hysteria is designed to take the focus off God, the second coming of Jesus and the culmination of this age.  By focusing on the weather people are looking to saving the planet instead of saving their souls.  Cleaning up our environment is good for the earth but saving souls is good for eternity.  We most certainly do have a problem with our environment and as good stewards of this planet we should keep it clean and unpolluted as much as possible.  Read more at: www.bibleabookoftruth.com

SCRIPTURAL ILLITERACY All Christians, all Gentiles and all Jewish people should be inspired to read the Bible just because it is the Word of God; not out of a sense of duty or because it is expected of them but to gain the joy of fellowshipping with the Lord our Creator.  The scourge of our generation is Scriptural illiteracy and that can only be reversed if genuine believers take the time to teach people about the whole Word of God. A SACRIFICIAL RED HEIFER The sacrificial red heifer was much more significant than any other sacrificial animal because of the spiritual parallels between the sacrifice of Jesus and the red heifer.  There were many other ‘heifer’ offerings but the specific red heifer was only ever mentioned in the Bible once.  The red heifer in particular represented the details of the sacrifice of Jesus that was to take place thousands of years later.
